I, the handler, and or member agree to the following terms and provisions: I agree to not abuse or neglect the dog and under no circumstances will physically punish the dog. Rather, I will consult with a trainer about the appropriate ways to deal with specific behavior problems. ___ Initials I understand that this is a legal and binding contract and by my signature agree to all of the terms herein. ________ Initials I confirm that all information given in this contract is correct and accurate. I also understand that once the contract is signed, I will be solely responsible for any actions of this animal and I agree to hold harmless its representatives from any liabilities, injuries or loss caused by this animal or any causes of actions, claims, suits or demands that arise from such injury, damages or losses. In the event the terms of this contract are breached, I, as the Guardian of this pet, shall pay for damages and not said trainer responsible for such damages, and will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and court costs involved. Any injuries sustained to self or animal at any training facility, I hold said training locations unaccountable financially.

Requirements

All classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice All classes are $20.00 per class day and are paid for that month. Any classes missed at handlers account shall be non-refundable Any classes that are rescheduled due to weather or scheduling will be made up at later date. All equipment shall be returned upon completion or you may choose to purchase All handlers and canine must be in full training gear. Water and treats are supplied by handler. All handlers will be given the AKC CGC, CGCU test prior to completion of 3 month class. Handler will be given application for AKC paperwork to register their canine upon passing. This class does not guarantee your dog will complete and or pass all testing. This depends completely on the handler and their ability to learn how to train their canine.
